Phone system recordings and IVR messages played to customers calling Owner Inspections. Managed via the Aircall dashboard.

Call Flow

When a customer calls Owner Inspections, the following flow occurs:

  1. Welcome greeting plays immediately when the call connects
  2. Sales message plays for sales department routing
  3. If the team is available, caller is connected or placed on hold
  4. While waiting, either new client or existing client waiting message plays
  5. If no one answers, the voicemail greeting plays
